Mr. Kin-Kwong
Li, the Founder of our Group,
is
a
British,
Chinese and
Hong Kong Registered Marine Engineer
and Licensed Commercial Diving Specialist
since 1982 and 1990 respectively.
Mr. Li has involved in
variety of marine/civil engineering installation and maintenance projects
both
above and
under water for
more than
40 years.
With his sound
experiences in marine
engineering and commercial diving,
Mr. Li
has been invited as
Expert Witness
at the High Courts in Hong Kong to
provide expert opinions
on
marine and
commercial diving
accidents since
1995.

Hong Kong United Dockyards Ltd. and BBC Brown Boveri in
1969 and 1984
respectively. Mr. Li is a specialist in
the maintenance and trouble shooting of marine diesel
engines, exhaust gas turbo chargers and speed control governors
of ocean going vessels and marine/civil underwater works.
