Mr. Kin-Kwong
Li,
the Founder of our Group,
is
a British, Chinese and Hong
Kong Registered Marine Engineer and
Licensed Commercial Diving Specialist since
1982 and 1990
respectively.
Mr. Li has involved in variety of marine engineering installation
and maintenance projects both
above and under water for
more than 40 years.
Apart from his sound
experiences
in marine engineering, Mr. Li
is
also a professional educator for recreational and commercial diving
since 1990,
over
3,500 divers at all level and more than
300
professional Instructors had been trained and certified.
Mr. Li
has been invited as
an
Expert Witness
at the High Courts in Hong Kong to provide expert opinions
on
marine,
recreational and commercial diving
accidents since
1995.
